We have a maximum of 12 in each class
All our classes are taught by experienced Pilates trained Physiotherapists.
We provide modifications of the exercises to suit all levels & individual needs.
Please wear something that allows you to move and is comfortable. Footwear is not required, as socks or bare feet are best.
All equipment is provided, including mats.
Classes are matwork based but we frequently use small pieces of equipment including resistance band, toning circles, foam rollers, ova balls and weighted balls.
Classes run as a course of 6 consecutive weeks.
A 6 week course of Pilates costs £60..Payment is made in full prior to commencing each block

All classes are held in Newforge Sports Complex in South Belfast.
'Colleen is a very experienced, excellent Pilates teacher. The classes are focused, well structured and hugely enjoyable, due to Colleen’s great personality and her music choices! She vaires the programme from week to week, introduces different apparatus, and boredom is never an issue. Exercises are always well explained and demonstrated, and Colleen is careful to observe that students are performing them correctly. I joined Colleen’s first Pilates class almost 5 years ago, not really knowing what to expect. Nearly 5 years on and I hate to miss a class. I really feel a huge difference in my core strength, which was pretty rubbish to begin with. It helps with posture and everyday fitness and really helps in sport too. Colleen’s great at motivating, ensuring you go at your own pace but maximising your capabilities, always checking that you’re not doing anything to injure yourself & showing you how to correct anything you haven’t quite grasped. And she manages to do it with an easy manner and a sense of humour. You finish a class feeling you’ve worked but you’ve had fun too. I’d definitely recommend Colleen’s classes to anyone
